My Story...

I have been quilting since 2004 and it has become a creative addiction! I am so inspired by fabric colours, patterns, books and endless new ideas!

I have many years of teaching computer skills to adults in the business world. I have also worked in a few quilt shops and taught quilting classes. I love to inspire others and pass along my love and knowledge of this ancient hobby.

At Quilters' Schoolhouse, I am focused on providing educational hands-on quilting classes and workshops with flexible schedules to suit your lifestyle. With a variety of offerings to choose from, I'm sure you'll be happy exploring the addictive hobby of quilting. Look around my website and if you have any comments or questions, please feel free to contact me. I hope to see you again! Check back later for new updates. There's much more to come!

Happy quilting!     Diana

My sewing space is bright and filled with inspiration and colour! My favourite fabric choices are civil war reproduction, warm earth tones, historical prints, 1930's reproduction, batiks and Thimbleberries. I love the endless variety of patterns and books ~ gives me the initial ideas and I usually add my personal touch!

The classroom space is bright and large enough to fit 5 students with sewing machines et al. Two ironing stations make quick work while we learn proper techniques.

Refreshments and snacks are provided.
